Atletico Madrid and Barcelona are both strongly linked with a move for Cesar Azpilicueta who is currently yet to sign a new deal.
The Spaniard is on the last few months of his contract which comes to an end this season as he will be able to leave for free.
This has led to teams from the laliga looking to force a move for the defender who still have more years of football left in him to offer.
Cesar Azpilicueta wants to stay and fight for his place at Chelsea despite attracting interest from Barcelona and Atletico Madrid in Spain.
The Spanish defender is due to become a free agent next summer which will see him leave Stamford Bridge.
Although, The Athletic reports that he is hoping to land a new multi-year contract at Stamford Bridge.
Cesar Azpilicueta is not in any way looking to leave Chelsea as he wants to sign a new contract and remain with them longer than expected.
The Blues are yet to offer him anything or open talks as we await to see how things work out during the January transfer window.
