Chelsea have confirmed the exit of Billy Gilmour who has left for Norwich City ahead of next season campaign.
The 20 year old will be spending the new season away from Stamford Bridge after failing to get regular playing time.
Billy Gilmour will spend the 2021/2022 season with Norwich City as he will be looking to get more game time under his belt.
The youngster was phenomenal during Scotland vs England where he won star of the match in a goalless draw at the European Championship.
He has shown so much promises which Thomas Tuchel is not ready to lose him and he loaned him out to get more experience.
Billy Gilmour will be with his new team for 2021/2022 before heading back and hopefully getting to play regularly for Chelsea.
The move could have happened a long time which he would have gotten so much playing time from last season.
A move to Rangers was mooted following Frank Lampard sack last season which Thomas Tuchel came in and decide to allow him to stay.
He was linked with two Premier League clubs which Wolverhampton Wanderers were also interested in before he opted for Norwich City.
Billy Gilmour will be unveiled in the coming days with his number known as he will join the team ahead of their preseason.
