Chelsea suffered first defeat as Gabriel Jesus scored for Man City who claimed a narrow 0-1 win at Stamford Bridge.
An amazing game between the two sides who showed so much quality going forward in the opening stages.
Man City were the better side who looked brilliant moving the ball against their opponent who were less of a threat going forward.
Things didn’t work out as planned with Chelsea using a five-man midfield which included Kante working with Jorginho and Kovacic.
Nothing came as the encounter carried on into the final stages of the 45 minutes which both teams still couldn’t find the breakthrough.
The first half finished with Chelsea playing a 0-0 against Man City as they both entered inside for the break without any goal.
It was a different outcome entirely in the second half which started nicely with them pushing forward to get the opening goal.
It was Man City who saw their efforts paid off as Gabriel Jesus scored in the 53rd minute minutes with an assist coming from Cancelo to make it 0-1.
Things carried on with Chelsea pushing hard for a comeback which proved very hard to come by as every attack was dealt with easily by their opponent.
Romelu Lukaku scored but the goal was ruled out for offside after Kai Havertz didn’t stay on side during the buildup to the goal.
It was looking all lost already with few minutes left to play as the home side continued to push more for the goal to happen.
The game carried on and on until the referee ended things with Chelsea 0-1 Man City as the visitors claimed the win after a good encounter.
