Declan Rice, 22, a defensive midfielder who plays for West Ham, has reportedly said to be a transfer target for Manchester United and Chelsea.
According to ESPN, the red devils are ready to rival the blues to sign the West Ham midfielder in the summer.
However, Rice joined the Blues in 2006 when he was seven-year-old and was released at the age of 14 and is reportedly open to a return.
According to The Mirror, Rice told his friends he would prefer playing for Chelsea.
The 22-year-old, who prefers to play for the blues during the summer, has made 19 appearances for the Hammers so far this season.
