Chelsea might be without Romelu Lukaku when the Premier League resumes this weekend as they face Brentford.
The Belgian left camp and made a return back to London after playing against France which he scored the second goal.
It was confirmed that Romelu Lukaku left Belgium camp and made his return back to England despite the International break not done.
The striker alongside Eden Hazard were both reported to have left after the game against France.
The Real Madrid was confirmed injured once again which will be his first for this new season.
Romelu Lukaku was also reported to be injured which could see him miss Chelsea match against Brentford.
“Romelu Lukaku is suffering from muscle fatigue, same as Eden Hazard,” Roberto Martinez said.
“They’re not in best conditions to play.
They’re leaving the national team camp due to these problems, I don’t know how long it will take.”
This might not be a good news for Chelsea who are left with no other option than to go into the game without him.
There is still hope of him recovering before the match but they have been warned not to risk rushing him back to play.
Timo Werner could replace him ahead of the match with no confirmation if Lukaku will return before Saturday.
