Thomas Tuchel will be seeing his side Chelsea take on Southampton tomorrow in the Premier League weekend fixture.
The team has been in jeopardy after the list of injured players increased in the couple of last two games.
There are some good news coming from Thomas Tuchel as he confirmed some players making their comeback from injury.
Before the end of last month International break, Christian Pulisic broke his ankle which saw him made his return to London on clutches.
The list increased when NGolo Kante also ruled out due to coronavirus as Mason Mount and Reece James suffered injuries too.
Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has been holding his press conference this afternoon and agave an update on the fitness of Reece James and Mason Mount.
The team is now looking alive as one positive news to have in mind as they play tomorrow against Southampton.
Thomas Tuchel said:
“I was a bit surprised, I understand he [James] was selected for the [England] football team but this will not happen.
My last information is he will not go, it can only be a misunderstanding.
“Mason is in the squad, Mason is back. It was not a long injury, it was a minor injury.
Obviously, a given he is nominated and he’s happy to be and will give everything to do his best for the England squad.”
Indeed this is a good news for the team who are looking to bounce back from their defeat against Manchester City and Juventus.
